Through the medium of present petition, the petitioners are seeking implementation of order dated 23.08.2011 passed by the Writ Court whereby the respondents were directed to consider claim of the petitioners for release of unpaid wages from 04.08.2007 to 10.03.2008. 2. No one has been appearing on behalf of the petitioners and in fact the matter was last listed on 17.07.2012 and thereafter, the same came to be listed only on 02.12.2024, on which date none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3. It appears that by now order of the Writ Court may have been implemented and for this reason, the petitioners may not be interested in prosecuting the contempt proceedings. 4.
