By way of present petition, the petitioner prays to quash and set aside the order dated 10.03.2025, passed by the additional Resident Collector at Palanpur at Banaskantha. 2. Prima facie, it appears that the application filed by the present petitioner under the Land Grabbing Act, in connection with the property situated at Village Sodrasan, Taluka Palanpur, bearing Survey No.130 admeasuring 0-80-03 Hectare RA Sq. Meters, came to be rejected by the Additional Resident Collector, Palanpur, District Banaskantha, vide order dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure-Q). If the petitioner is aggrieved and dissatisfied with the said communication, a remedy is provided under the Land Grabbing Act, and therefore, he has to take appropriate steps as provided therein, in view of the decision dated 25.01.2023 rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Jayantilal Laxmishankar Pandya vs. State of Gujarat, Special Civil Application No.18 of 2023.
