“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to consider case of the petitioner for posting at where is post is vacant i.e. Govt. Higher Secondary Baijanpuri, Kanker, District North Baster Kanker, Chhattisgarh. 10.2 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the rational scheme, petitioner was posted at Govt. Sajesh Higher Secondary Benoor, Block and District- Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh on the post of Lecturer Economics (LB). When petitioner went to join on 10.06.2025 at the new place of posting, he was informed that post of Lecturer Economics (LB) is not available. Petitioner thereafter, wrote a letter to the District Education Officer as also the Joint Director for passing appropriate orders of his posting in school where post of lecturer (LB) is vacant. Till date no action has been taken on his representation. 3. Counsel for the State submits that looking to nature of the grievances as raised and further that the petitioner has already submitted representation it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. Considering submissions made by counsel for respective parties and also the fact that petitioner in compliance of order of his posting under rationalization scheme has went to join new place of posting at Govt.
Higher Secondary Benoor, but according to him post of Lecturer Economics (LB) is not vacant there and representation is still pending for consideration before respondent no. 2 and 3, therefore, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 2 and 3 to take
3 decision on pending representation expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. Certified copy as per rules. sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge @lf
