In the suit instituted by the plaintiffs-respondents no.2 and 3, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which ad-interim injunction has been granted on 08.04.2025 and notice has been issued to the defendants-petitioners, but till date the defendants are not appearing and have not filed any objections. They are granted two weeks' time for filing objections. In case, objections are filed by the defendants-petitioners within two weeks, the trial Court shall proceed with application 6-C2 filed by the plaintiffs for grant of temporary injunction, and shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law considering the objections, if any, filed by the petitioners.
