The Court made the following order:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.23151 of 2023. Perusal of the record shows that on 18.09.2025, learned counsel for the respondents informed this Court that the order passed in Writ Petition No.23151 of 2023 has been complied with and learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from the petitioner in that regard. However, when the matter is taken up for consideration today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents and since the authorities have complied the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.23151 of 2023, there remains nothing for adjudication. As such, the Contempt Case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner still feels that the respondent authorities have not complied with the orders of this Court, he may file an appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI 25.09.2025 MP
