This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issued a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by respondent no.2 (Collector, District Pilibhit. II. Issued a writ order or direction in the nature case of mandamus to remand back the before the respondent no.2 (Collector, District Pilibhit. III. Issued a writ order or direction in the nature of directing mandamus the respondents not to interfere in peaceful possessing of the petitioners over the land in question." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioners have remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
