Heard Mr. M. Ibohal, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Ajit Kevin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned PP for the State respondent. [2]
By the present petition, the petitioner who files an anticipatory bail before this Court praying for exempting for filing of the copy of the FIR or OE as he has no means to know the details of the FIR pending. [3]
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned PP, submits that as per instruction no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. [4]
In the circumstances, the application is disposed of and petitioner is directed to file anticipatory bail without the copy of the FIR. [5]
Registry is directed to number the anticipatory bail along with the misc. application filed by the petitioner and list the same tomorrow (i.e. 04.02.2025).
