GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 6 in Opening a suspect sheet No.18/2019 bearing C.No.1302/dis/SDO-N/2017, dated 18-09-2017 on the file of II town Police Station, Krishna District, as illegal arbitrary and in violation of my fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and calling me to 2 the police station regularly on the said basis and consequently set-aside the said suspect sheet” 2. Heard Sri D.Kasi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no cases are pending against the petitioner. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, Suspect sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against him. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed the impugned Suspect Sheet No.18 of 2019 opened against the petitioner vide C.No.1302/Dis/SDO-N/2017, dated 18.09.2017 is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
