The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the cognizance order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, in Criminal Case No. 4997/2018, along with Final Report No. 144/2018 and Crime No. 18/2018 registered at Police Station Pachpedi, District Bilaspur (C.G.), qua the petitioner and further be pleased to declare the proceedings against the petitioner in Criminal Case No. 4997/2018 as null and void, being an abuse of the process of law, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court. 4.
