JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari, or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, QUASHING THE INTERIM ORDER passed by the Respondent No. 1 in the Appeal proceedings bearing No. Pa Va Ka ee/APPEAL/CR18/2025-26, dated 29.11.2025. Vide Annexure -E. b. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The contention of learned Senior counsel for the petitioner is that without hearing the petitioner, the order of stay has been granted on 29.11.2025 by respondent No.1. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50534 WP No. 36376 of 2025 3. Though the same is denied and opposed by respondents, I am of the considered opinion that interest of justice would be served if respondent No.1 is directed to consider the application for stay, hear all the concerned parties and pass necessary orders on merits. 4. The petitioner and respondents shall appear before respondent No.1 on 8.12.2025 at 2.30 p.m. without requirement of any notice. In the event of any of the parties were to remain unrepresented, respondent No.1 shall proceed with the matter by hearing the parties who are present. 5. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed. 6. If any of the parties were to remain unrepresented, respondent No.1 shall proceed with the matter.
