The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.35834/2024 (KLR-RES), whereby accused No.2 (Assistant Commissioner) was directed to compile and place all relevant records before accused No.1 (Deputy Commissioner) to consider the complainant's representation for allotment of land in Sy.No.4 situated at Guttahalli Village, Vokkaleri Hobli, Kolar Taluk, Kolar District to establish a play ground for the Government Primary School. 2. This Court is informed that 8 guntas of land has been reserved in Sy.No.4 and 22 guntas of land has been allotted in Sy.No.23 of the said village for the childrens playground. 3. The learned counsel for the complainants submits that the land in Sy.No.23 is a 'Barren Rocky Land' and it is not possible to use it as a playground for children. In addition, he submitted that - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54527-DB CCC No. 1018 of 2025 the said land is located 2 kilometers away from the school and it may not be feasible for being used as a playground. 4. The learned counsel for the complainants has produced the photographs of the said land which shows that the land allotted is a barren rocky land. 5. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the accused shall examine the grievance in this regard and appropriate orders shall be passed. 6. Considering that the accused has already taken a decision, we are not persuaded to accept that any action is required to be initiated for wilful disobedience of order of this Court. 7. The complaint is accordingly closed. 8. This order will not preclude the complainant to avail of the remedies against the decision.
