Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection for the petitioner to mark additional documents, which are sought to be filed under Order VII Rule 14(3) of the Code of Civil Procedure. 3. In view of the fair concession shown by the learned counsel for the respondent, the order dated 23.02.2024 made in I.A.No.2 of 2023 is set aside and the Trial Court is directed to receive the documents filed on behalf of the plaintiff and mark the same subject to proof and relevancy. Considering that the suit is pending from 2009, the learned District Munsif, Katpadi, Vellore District is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
