Additionally, respondent No.1 is directed to provide the State Election Commission with full support and cooperation in order to guarantee the holding of a free and fair election. 2. Accordingly, respondent No.1 issued G.O.Ms.No.85, dated 29.09.2025, and the respondents have duly complied with the orders of this Court. 3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Hence, this Court dismissed the Contempt Case with costs of Rs.50,000/- payable to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates Association. Subsequently, learned counsel for petitioner represented and requested to reduce the amount. 4. Therefore, the present Contempt Case is dismissed with costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) payable to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates Association within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
