Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and never called the petitioner to the police station. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
