Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioners have encroached the Government land to an extent of Ac.0.34 cents and filed the present writ petition with a mischievous prayer. 4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners where their property is recorded. So far as the rest of the land, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate action as per the provisions of the AP Land Encroachment Act, 1905. There shall be no order as to costs.
