The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to release the provident fund of petitioner from her PF account in her bank account. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of memo dated 27.09.2025, the petitioner will submit the entire documents for full and final payment of Coal Mines Provident Fund within 10 days to the SECL. 3. Therefore, it is directed that after due verification of the documents, the SECL will send the same to the Coal Mines Provident Fund and in turn the Coal Mines Provident Fund after receiving the said documents from the SECL shall release the amount of provident fund to the account of petitioner within 21 days. If any of the party will adopt delay tactics, this Court may take serious view. 4. It is made clear that since the petitioner has already been dismissed from his services, therefore, as per rules she is entitled to claim full and final settlement of Coal Mines Provident Fund, as such, petitioner is directed to claim full and final settlement of Coal Mines Provident Fund. 5.
