Learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant has already completed his entire sentence and released from jail on 19.04.2025 and therefore, he does not want to press this appeal. 3. The submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant has also been verified by the learned State Counsel and she does not oppose the preposition made by learned counsel for the appellant. 4. On the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant as well as the submission made by the State, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
