However, Mr. Deepankar, learned A.C. to G.A.-III is present. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to 4 to protect the life of his daughter as she is missing from 17.01.2025. A further direction has been sought for upon the respondent No.4 to institute a First Information Report on the basis of a written information submitted on 17.01.2025. 4. It has been stated in this application that the daughter of the petitioner was married to one Santosh Vishwakarma on 06.05.2023 and out of the said wedlock three children were born to her. On a message received by the daughter of the petitioner that her grandmother is ill, she had left her house on 17.01.2025 and since then she was traceless which resulted in a written application submitted by the petitioner to the Ratu Police Station. 5. Counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents reveals that the daughter of the informant has returned back and is staying at her matrimonial house. It has also been stated that the victim had given a statement that she had eloped with Satya Prakash Sharma to Pune and on coming to know that said Satya Prakash Sharma was not an Engineer as disclosed to her at the time of friendship, she has returned back to her matrimonial house. 2 6. In view of the fact that the daughter of the petitioner has returned back to her matrimonial house and the father-in-law of the daughter of the petitioner has expressed his desire not to proceed further with the investigation regarding the same and the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed on account of the said fact, we are not inclined to proceed further in this writ application which accordingly disposed of.
