Panging, learned counsel for the applicants who by means of this application have prayed for their impleadment as respondents in WP (C) 459 (AP) 2022. It is submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition pertains to a claim for retrospective promotion in which the present applicants would be affected. Shri M.
