Prayer in the present petition has been made for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to investigate the matter in a fair manner under the Supervision of any Higher Rank Official against respondent No.6 and register a cross case at the instance of petitioner against respondent No.6 on the complaint dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P- 5) given by the petitioner in FIR No.88 dated 22.04.2025 registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 190. 191(3), 351(2) of BNS, at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal, as respondent No.6 has illegally trespassed into the land of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that wife of the petitioner was beaten up by respondent No.6 i.e. Sukhdev Ram and for the same, the petitioner filed a complaint dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) before S.H.O., Guhla Kaithal. After hearing counsel for the parties, respondent No.4- Station House Officer, Police Station Guhla, Kaithal is directed to decide the Complaint dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within one month from today, in accordance with law. 6.
