ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3th respondent herein in taking action against the 4th respondent inspite of the written complaint dt. 13-9-2025 followed by thepersonal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2th respondent herein to take disciplinary action against the 3th respondent for his negligence and dereliction of his official duties, and to grant such other relief or relief as this Honble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case”

2. Heard Smt.S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, who is a Deputy Superintendent of Police, has been received. The contents of the said representation indicate that there are financial transactions between the parties. Therefore, the concerned police have requested the petitioner to submit the relevant documents, and the matter is under enquiry.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his complaint before the concerned police and assist them in the enquiry. The police concerned are
directed to complete that enquiry and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
