At the time of considering the matter, it is noted that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. 3. Mr. M V Raja Ram, learned counsel for the respondent No.4, made submissions with reference to the averments made in the additional counter- affidavit, more particularly, para-3. That apart, the learned counsel also drawn the attention of this Court to the Registered Post dated 09.07.2018 addressed by the petitioner to the Municipality Commissioner, Madakasira, which was received on 10.07.2018, intimating about the orders dated 11.06.2018 in W.P No.18937 of 2018. However, in the meanwhile, Tea bunk of the petitioner was demolished. 4. Considering the submissions by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4 and there is no reply to the counter averments, this Court is of the view that no case is made out against the respondent No.4 much less willful disobedience of the orders passed in the writ petition. 5.
