As per the sale notice dated 10.12.2024, an amount of Rs.5,65,76,072/- + Interest, with effect from 30.4.2023 plus other expenses was payable by the petitioner to the respondent-Bank. The auction thereafter was to take place on 21.1.2025. 2. The petitioner had approached this Court and we had fixed the case for today, to enquire as to whether auction had taken place or any further date has been fixed for auction. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank had informed that no auction took place because there was no bidder on the date fixed. Learned counsel for the Bank has handed over the instruction dated 8.1.2025, which reveals that as on 31.12.2024, Rs.7,55,05,808/- plus interest with effect from 1.1.2025 was payable by the petitioner. The instruction further states that the Bank was not ready to accept any liberal installments and the petitioner could approach the DRT for redressal of its grievance. Instruction dated 8.1.2025 be kept on record. 4. Learned counsel for the Bank, however on oral instruction, states that if the petitioner approaches the Bank within ten days from today, then the Bank would consider the grievance of the petitioner sympathetically. 5. With what has been stated above, present petition is disposed of.
