Challenging the demand notice dated 20.02.2019 for recovery of excess pension made to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2006 to January-2019 of Rs.4,17,424/- and letter dated 06.07.2019 whereby the request of the petitioner not to effect recovery from the pension has been declined, the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that he would have no objection, in case, the respondents effect recovery @ Rs.3720/- per month as conveyed vide communication dated 20.02.2019 instead of 1/3rd per month. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents graciously agrees to the same. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties with a direction to the respondent(s)-Bank to effect recovery of excess pension paid to the petitioner on an equated basis in terms of amount as referred in the communication dated 20.02.2019.
