By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Respondents, to decide complaint/application dated 31.12.2013 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court, for the reason that even after lapse of more than months, till date 2 no action has been taken by the authority that to decide the application of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending complaint, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending complaints (Annexure P/6) will be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent-authorities to consider/decide the complaints of the petitioner (Annexure P-6) dated 31.12.2013 and 25.08.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties and after due verification of fact within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
