Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that compensation amount has been paid to the petitioners but the interest for delayed payment, has not been given to them. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners accepted the compensation without any protest and is not entitled for any interest. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and the fact that the payment of compensation has been made and the petitioners have failed to produce any statutory Patna High Court CWJC No.9408 of 2023(3) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 provision for payment of delayed interest, I do not find any merit in the present writ application. 5.
