This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in taking steps to assign the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.10 cents in Sy.No.244 of Duggudurru Village, Kajuluru Mandal, East Godavari District for house sites under the “Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu” Scheme though the same is classified as “Bandi Dari” (Cart Track) in the revenue records. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that only an extent of Ac.0.13 cents out of the total extent of the land was proposed for denotification and the proposal was already made to the 2nd respondent. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have not utilized any portion of the subject land as of now under the above said welfare scheme of housing. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.3.10 cents in Sy.No.244 of Duggudurru Village, Kajuluru Mandal, East Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.11065 of 2020 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
