Pharmacy course on the pretext that the 5th Respondent not granted approval for the academic year 2025-26, ignoring the fact that the 5th Respondent, Pharmacy Council of India gave a clear communication to all the State Governments and examining bodies to go ahead with the counseling process within the four-corners of the guidelines/ directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court by giving leverage as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 5th Respondent to grant approval to the Petitioner institution for the academic year 2025-26 and issue such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 6 to permit the Petitioner-Institution to take part in the ongoing APEAPCET-25 counselling, taking note of the communication issued by the Apex Body i.e. 5th Respondent, Pharmacy Council of India dated 11-07-2025, pending Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and pass such IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to vacate the interim order dated.18.07.2025 made in W.P. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court, respondent authorities have complied with the same. He submits that in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. 3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
