Case No. 84 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 401 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 385/387 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Miss Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 10.04.2023, rangdari was demanded from the informant who is the Chief Security Officer in C.B.C.M.P.L on mobile phone. 4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Keredari P.S.
