The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in forcibly dispossessing the petitioners from their lands in an extent of Ac.3.97 cents in Sy.No.432-1 and 433-2B situated in Gokavaram Village and Mandal, East Godavari District and thereby converting the above said land as house sites for distribution under the Navaratnalu Scheme. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with respect to the subject land the LRA No.8 of 2020 is pending before the Land Reform Appellate Tribunal cum IV Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Kakinada, wherein there was an interim order of status quo dated 07.03.2020, which is not disputed by the 4th respondent in his counter affidavit. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 5.
In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners, upon verification of the records and the subject land and taking into

consideration of the other orders passed by the competent tribunal or competent Court if any, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits by the authorities concerned with respect to the subject land. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
