Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.12 cents in Sy.No.96 situated at Pendekallu Village, Kosigi Mandal, IS Kurnool District having acquired the same through a registered sale deed dated 04.11.1976. Since then, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Later, the petitioner herein was issued pattadar pass book and 1-B register in his favour certifying that the petitioner is the pattadar of the subject land. While so, the extent of land i.e., Ac.2.12 cents is wrongly mutated as Ac. 1.43 cents in the pattadar pass book, for which, the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 28.12.2024 requesting for correction of the extent of land in the pattadar pass book. Even after receipt of the said representation, the respondents neither considered the same nor passed any proceedings. Hence, the writ petition. 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner was neither acknowledged by the respondents nor substantiate that the representation was received by the respondents. Therefore, let there be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking correction of entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject land to the respondents and on receipt of such representation, the respondent authorities would the same, in accordance with law. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking correction/ alteration of entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject land to the respondents authorities, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent authorities shall consider and dispose of the same, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months, thereafter. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
