The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “(i) To kindly set aside the Order dated 26/02/2020 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) (Presiding Officer Shri Shailendra Chauhan) in Criminal Revision No. 47/2020 (parties: Smt. Ambika Soni @ Amrika Soni v. Swarna Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. and Ors.) (ANNEXURE A/1) and; (ii) To kindly set aside the order dated 25/01/2020 passed in unregistered complaint case by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belha, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) (ANNEXURE A/2) and direct the court to register the complaint case and proceed with the same in accordance with law, in the interest of justice.” 3.
