This instant contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this Court in connection with CO 15 of 2025. 2. Pursuant to that order, petitioner was given liberty to meet his minor child twice a month i.e. first Sunday and third Sunday for a period of two hours from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the place suggested by the learned counsel on behalf of the parties i.e at Siliguri Park, Surya Nagar Math, Dabgram. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the contemnor thereby not allowing the petitioner to meet his minor child as per direction of this Court. 2 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to serve notice along with the copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor through speed post with A/D and to file affidavit of service on the returnable date. 5.
