This application has been filed by applicants for quashing the summoning order dated 05.04.2018, as well as, entire criminal proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No.7901 of 2017 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in pursuance to the terms of settlement as recorded in the order dated 30.05.2024, supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing the decree of divorce by mutual consent. 4. Learned counsels for the parties further submit that in view of the aforesaid the present 482 application may be allowed and the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- which is deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in pursuance to the order dated 30.05.2024, be released in favour of the opposite party no.2. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the entire criminal proceedings of the aforesaid case is set aside. The application u/s 482 is allowed. 7. The amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- deposited with the Registrar General of this Court along with interest accrued be released in favour of opposite party no.2-Smt. Anjali Sharma within a period of ten days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
