Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from their land to an extent of Ac.5.34 cents in L.P.No.No.252, Khata No.268 situated in Ramannagudem Village of Butteyagudem Mandal, Eluru District without following due process of law as wholly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Art. 14, 19 and 300A of the Constitution of India and against principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioners from their land stated supra without following due process of law in the interest of justice.
