ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ or order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents respondent authorities in registering the complaint of the petitioner only under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, without recording the full
facts and offences disclosed by the petitioner and without considering that the major part of the cause of action arose within Eluru jurisdiction, as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to law,

consequently direct the respondents to ensure that the investigation continues under Eluru jurisdiction in accordance with Section 178 BNSS, consider all the omitted material facts and offences disclosed by the petitioner with supporting material for a fair and complete investigation the Superintendent of Police, Eluru District to entrust further investigation to an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Women Cell), to retain jurisdiction at Eluru District and pending disposal of this writ petition, stay any transfer or shifting of jurisdiction of the present case to any other police station or district, to secure the ends of justice and pass such.”
2. Heard Sri. Yarramsetty Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that the case is transferred to KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Telangana State vide proceedings bearing No.C.No.51/Transfer/C1/2025 dated 23.11.2025.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
