GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.6061 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 to 9. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in taking possession of the land based on the consent of the respondent Nos.5 to 9 without following the procedure under the Act 30 of 2013 i.e., the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, with respect to the subject land and not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land in an extent of Ac.6.64 cents in Sy.No.221 of Chinnayagudem Village. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 13.10.2025 submits that the subject land was not taken under acquisition for the purpose of the welfare scheme of housing. Admittedly, the suit is pending in O.S.No.42 of 2013 on the file of IX Additional District Judge, Kovvuru, West Godavari District between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 to 9 also submits that the Civil Suit is pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 to 9. The learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 9 produced the Lok Adalat award in O.S.No.42 of 2013 dated 09.09.2023 on the file of IX Additional District Judge, Kovvur. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.6061 of 2020 5. In view of the above said Lok Adalat award in O.S.No.42 of 2013 dated 09.09.2023, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The said award copy dated 09.09.2023 and the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 13.10.2025 shall be made as part of the court record. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
