Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 27.12.1990 passed by the Additional Collector, District- Mainpuri, in case No. 317/1984-85 under section 198(4) U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act." 3. This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in the year 1990 and there is no proper explanation for laches for not approaching this Court earlier. 4. In view of the above, this petition is badly barred by laches, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
