This petition is for the following relief: “a) Quash the FIR No. 0630 of 2025 dated 14.09.2025, registered at Police Station IGI Airport, New Delhi under Section 30 of the Arms Act, 1959 and, any consequential proceedings arising therefrom, qua the Petitioner herein.” 2. On verification from District Magistrate, Dehradun, Uttrakhand, regarding arm licence held by the petitioner it has been found that the petitioner validly holds the arm licence. The FIR is with respect to 0.32” cartridges which were found in possession of the petitioner. It is noted that the petitioner was legally entitled to carry 0.32” cartridges in view of holding of a valid arm licence.
