Heard arguments of Sri Pathi Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on the recommendation made by the 4th respondent to 3rd respondent on 13.09.2024 for consideration of the application made by the petitioner to grant financial status certificate. Though, they placed recommendation long back but the respondents neither considered nor passed any order. Hence, the writ petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents have stated that as per the circular memo No.3548/Ser.G/A2/2010-8, dated 24.03.2012, the financial status certificate cannot be issued to the writ petitioner. DR,J WP.No.5314 of 2025 5. In fact, the said memo has been interdicted by this Court in W.P.No.20266 of 2021, dated 11.04.2022. 6. Learned counsel for respondents sought further time to get any latest circular with regard to this. 7. In view of the above said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time as the issue is already decided by this Court in Basava Srinivas Vs State of AP in W.P.No.20266 of 2021, dated 11.04.2022. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing 3rd respondent to consider the recommendation/ proposal submitted by the 4th respondent dated 13.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders based on the recommendations made by this Hon’ble Court in the above referred judgment. The said exercise should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
