None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that the police have conducted a preliminary enquiry pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioners and came to conclusion that the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
