ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in interfering in Civil matters at the instance of respondents 5 to 8 in O.S.No.35/2024 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), V.Madugula, Anakapalli District as bad, illegal and arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct 4th respondent not to interfere in civil matters and to pass...…”
2. Heard Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in civil matters at the respondent Nos.5 to 8 in O.S.NO.35 of 2024 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), V.Madugula, Anakapalli District and calling the petitioners to the police station and threatening them to settle dispute between them and the unofficial respondents.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not harassing the petitioners and the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to
call the petitioner to the police station without there being registration of any crime. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
