...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring that the 1st respondent in issuing summons under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner requiring the petitioner to assist the police on matters which are totally unspecific and unclear, is arbitrary and direct the respondents to forbear from proceeding such investigation, if necessary by declaring that the registration of Crime No.1 of 2020 itself is arbitrary, without jurisdiction and an abuse of process of law IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including investigation in connection with Crime No.1 of 2020, dated 06.01.2020 of the 1st respondent, pending disposal of the writ petition and grant Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring that the 1st respondent in issuing summons under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner requiring the petitioner to assist the police on matters which are totally unspecific and unclear, is arbitrary and direct the respondents to forbear from proceeding such investigation, if necessary by declaring that the registration of Crime No.1 of 2020 itself is arbitrary, without jurisdiction and an abuse of process of law…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
3. Permission is accorded.

5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No
order as to costs.
