Singh, learned AGA for the State and Mr. Shaqub Nizam, learned counsel for opposite party no.2. 2. This is an application filed U/s 528 BNSS for quashing the impugned order dated 15.01.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate Konch, District Jalaun and the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 459 of 2012 (Smt. Rani vs. Bal Singh and Ors) U/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC read with Section3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun pending before the court of Civil Judge, (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate Konch, District Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings, a compromise has been entered between the parties on 22.04.2025 out of the court annexure-3 at page 32 onwards reference has been made in para- 12 of the application. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that direction be issued for verification and in the meantime protection be accorded. 4. Learned AGA as well as counsel for opposite party no.2, has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the said submission, the application stands disposed of directing the applicants (parties) to appear before the court below by 30.05.2025 along with the self attested copy of the present application, certified copy of the order and original copy of compromise application. On the receipt of the same, the court below shall make endeavour to put to notice the other party and thereafter verify the compromise application as alleged to have been filed by the applicants withing two months. 6. Till the verification is done in the compromise application so submitted by the parties, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in proceedings of the impugned order dated 15.01.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate Konch, District Jalaun and the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 459 of 2012 (Smt. Rani vs. Bal Singh and Ors) U/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC read with Section3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun. The protection accorded to the applicants is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench.
