On 07.05.2025, it was submitted that the sole appellant died and
learned counsel for the appellant sought time for getting instructions in the matter. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant and no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased-appellant on record.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
