The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against non-consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment as Anganbadi Karyakarti under the office of Progra Officer, Integrated Child Development Program, Mungeli, District Mungeli, by the Program Officer Integrated Child Development Program, Mungeli- 2, Dist. Mungeli (C.G.). 2. Thereafter, the the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector,District Mungeli which has been dismissed vide order dated 27-3- 2024. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred the revision before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur which is still pending for the last 1 ½ years. 3. Let the Additional Commissioner/Commissioner shall make an endeavour to decide the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The petitioner is directed to apprise the copy of the order to the Additional Commissioner/Commissioner and the State is also directed to him in writing that this matter has to be decided, in accordance with law,within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
