THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE NO: 260 OF 2022
ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.25294 of 2021.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court is complied with and the payments are made to the petitioner as directed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
