1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 17.08.2025 by which the services of the petitioner have been terminated by the
2 respondent No. 5.
2. The petitioner who is working as Data Entry Operator with the respondent South Eastern Coalfields Limited, his services have been terminated on 17.08.2025 by the respondents as per Section 27.1(>) of standing order of Company.
3. Since the petitioner is workman, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable at this juncture. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise dispute before the Conciliation Officer or may take further remedies available to him under the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court (CGIT).
4. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
