This Court, vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed in MCRC No. 7290 of 2025, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Shobha Ram Patel had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.10.15 18:33:39 +0530 2 law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.09.2025, requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that due to various events, the same could not be done. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
