This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not registering the complaint dated 14.02.2022, 11.03.2022 and 18.04.2022 against the Respondent No.5 and not conducting postmortem

as per the request of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and in violation of principles of natural justice guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to register the complaint dated 14.02.2022, 11.03.2022 and 18.04.2022 by investigating into the crime and conduct postmortem over the dead body of my son.”
2. Heard Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of directing the Police to dispose of his representation before Respondent No.4.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Respondent No.4 is directed to look into the representation of the Petitioner, if it is pending with them, and take appropriate decision according to the governing Rules and Law. There shall be no order as to costs.
